Project Access envisions a community in which all individuals have access to a coordinated, comprehensive, system of healthcare.
MISSION STATEMENT
Project Access is a 501(c)(3)community health partnership which supports the efforts of healthcare providers through access to a coordinated, comprehensive, case-managed system of primary, specialty, ancillary, hospital, prescription, supportive, and social services for the low-income, uninsured, medically needy residents of Tennessee living in two service areas: the Immediate Service Area (ISA) of Washington and Sullivan Counties and the Extended Service Area (ESA) of Carter, Greene, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, and Unicoi Counties.

Project Access utilizes principles to support each of its values.
P1. Our Board of Directors, Staff, Interns, and Volunteers perform within their areas of competence, develop their knowledge and skills through education and training, and contribute to the professional expertise of our community.
